Built for professional document examination
The 15x Magnifier DXQ Pro is developed by Dexeq, a Dutch supplier of document examination equipment trusted by more than 45 police and immigration services worldwide. It is designed to serve the needs of experienced users within immigration and border police, and is equally at home in banks, notary offices and forensic laboratories.
Five light sources for complete inspection
The DXQ Pro combines a 15x magnification lens (30mm) with the full range of light sources needed for in-depth authentication of security features:
- 3 white LEDs including oblique light for surface inspection, intaglio print and embossing
- UV 365nm for standard UV fibres and fluorescent inks
- UV 313nm and UV 254nm for security features that only respond to shortwave and midwave UV
- 980nm Anti-Stokes LED for verifying anti-Stokes inks in passports and banknotes
This combination allows thorough authentication of identity documents, passports, banknotes, source documents and driving licences with one compact device.
